Instruida contra los detenidos en la prisión flotante ARNALDO PINÓS SOLÁ Y EMILIO VERGARA PASCUAL, por intento de evasión.

Ocurrió el hecho el dia 27 de enero de 1.939

Dieron principio las actuaciones el dia 31 del mismo mes y año.
